Greg Hass
Greg Hass has been exercising and participating in athletics for as long as he can remember. He got involved in yoga after going through physical therapy for three herniated discs in his low back (no doubt from all the sports and exercising). He noticed the stretches he was doing for physical therapy rehab seemed the same or similar to what he saw people doing in yoga and decided to take up the practice.
Greg received his Bachelors degree in Engineering from Auburn University which he uses in his other job working for a real estate development company in Fort Lauderdale. He applies his knowledge of structural design to teaching correct body alignment and the architecture of building good yoga postures. Greg earned his 200 hour yoga teacher training from the Aananda Yoga School and is registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT). Greg teaches a dynamic Hatha Flow class that is challenging and emphasizes strength building postures to create internal heat and increased flexibility.
