NEW CLASSES :

New classes Tuesday and Thursday morning at 7am-8:15am with Susan

Hot Fusion Flow Classes are now at 8:30am on Tuesday and Thursday. Tari Roses’s Hardbody Yoga has moved to the new yoga room 8:30am Tuesday and Thursday.

Hot Fusion Flow has been added at 8:30am Tuesday with Nicole and Thursdays with Genevieve in the main room.
