About Us

Welcome to The Yoga Joint. We’re a Hot Yoga Studio located at the intersection of Federal Highway and Cyprus Creek Road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The Yoga Joint was established in 2010 by long time Yoga teachers who wanted to create a studio that enhanced the Yoga experience for both students and teachers alike. Our students enjoy practicing at one of the newest and most well equipped studios in South Florida. We have a large main studio for our most popular classes and a separate smaller studio in which some of our more specialized classes are held.

From our impecibly maintained hardwood floors to our nicely appointed separate women’s and men’s changing and shower areas, to our computerized records management and on-site babysitting service; we carefully monitor every detail to provide our students with the best possible home for their personal Yoga practice.

Perhaps more importantly, The Yoga Joint has assembled many of the most diverse and accomplished local instructors to provide our students with a vast range of classes and unparrallelled teacher support.

With over 20 years of combined teaching experience and even more as Yogis, the owners of The Yoga Joint set out to create the studio they had always wished they could practice and teach in.
